Welcome to the annual National Baseball Hall of Fame Voter Registration.

In order to be eligible to receive a 2025 Hall of Fame ballot, the National Baseball Hall of Fame and the Baseball Writers’ Association of America ask that you please spend a few minutes completing this form and answering every question on the registry. We also require that you read, sign and abide by the terms of our Code of Conduct. These electronic steps, which must be completed annually, help to streamline the voting process and ensure its integrity.

Please note that this registry must be completed each year.

Once you complete these forms, you will receive notifications via email regarding Hall of Fame voting procedures.
