Atlantic Edge, EasternEdge and Hamilton Sound are proposing a merger that will build a stronger, more sustainable credit union to serve members, employees, and our communities.
WHO CAN VOTE?
All members (equity shareholders) of the credit union as of March 31
st
, 2023, in good standing, age 19 or older.
Eligible members are entitled to one vote only. No member may vote more than once.
Where membership is held jointly by 2 or more persons, the membership is entitled to only one vote.
A business, corporation or organization may vote through an appointed representative.
