Please read and follow these login and voting instructions. If the last 4 digits of your SSN (your login’s password) includes any leading zeroes, INCLUDE them. Before entering the ballot page, you should be prepared by having your ballot worksheet filled out with your choices, so filling in the ballot should be a quick process if you prepare your worksheet beforehand (the ballot will time-out after 50 minutes and your entries may be lost, so post your responses at a time where you can solely focus on this process). Your decision-making process should take place before going online. Once you have completed the online ballot, press the 'Next' button at the bottom of the ballot to take you to the verification page to confirm and post your votes. When you complete the process, you should receive a confirmation message stating "Thank you for voting. You have completed the process successfully." Note: Technical limitations in the ballot don’t let us block out certain share treatment choices for former partners, those leaving the firm this year or phased retirement partners. For former and departing partners, the only applicable voting is for bonus or penalty. Leave the “0” shares default intact. For phase retirement partners, their arrangement does not allow share advancement, so the valid choices are “0” shares or “-53” shares.
