• Each primary member is allowed to vote one time. A member with multiple accounts is still allowed to vote one time. The exception: Members who are primary on both personal and business accounts can vote once using each. Otherwise, voting more than one time will invalidate all votes cast by that member.

• The Board of Directors will resolve a tie or ties.

• You must be a primary account holder in good standing and 16 years of age or older to vote. A joint owner of an account is not eligible to vote.

• Nominations from the floor will not be accepted during the virtual Annual Meeting.

You can find your full account number on your monthly Veridian statement, or in online or mobile banking. In online banking, click an account to view the history. Below the account name, click the eye icon next to the account number. In the mobile banking app, click an account to view the history. Click show details in the upper right corner, and then click the eye icon next to the account number. You can also stop by a Veridian branch or call (800) 235-3228 for assistance.

• Online voting begins June 20, 2023, at 12:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time and ends at 11:59 p.m. July 20, 2023.

• This election site is secure and has the same level of privacy and anonymity as voting in person.

• Election results will be declared at the virtual Annual Meeting and will be posted on Veridian's website. This year's virtual Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 25, 2023.
