This ballot must be cast no later than Monday, December 30, 2024, 12:00 p.m. PST/3:00 p.m. EST.

Your Username is your Last Name and your Password is your Guild member ID number.

USERNAME: If your Last Name includes a special character, do not include the special character during the Username login process. For example, enter Nuñez as Nunez, enter González as Gonzalez. If your Last Name includes a space (e.g. Jones Smith), you will include the space during the Username login process. 

PASSWORD: WGA West members will enter their (8) eight-digit member ID number. Do not include the dash when entering your member ID number. WGA East members will enter their (5) five-digit member ID number.

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES: Please contact Votenet Solutions at help@eballot.com or call 1-866-543-8750. Votenet representatives are available between the hours of 6:00 a.m. PST/9:00 a.m. EST through 2:00 p.m. PST/5:00 p.m. EST on the following days: Monday, December 16 through Friday, December 20; Thursday, December 26; and Friday, December 27. Votenet will also be available on Monday, December 30 from 6:00 a.m. PST/9:00 a.m. EST through the 12:00 p.m. PST/3:00 p.m. EST voting deadline. NOTE: Votenet will be closed Monday, December 23 through Wednesday, December 25.

PASSWORD RETRIEVAL: WGA West eligible voters may contact Willa Sacharow (wsacharow@wga.org) for help retrieving their 8-digit member ID number. WGA East eligible voters may contact Mary Ann Lamonica (mlamonica@wgaeast.org) for help retrieving their 5-digit member ID number.

NOTE: WGA West will be closed Monday, December 23 through Wednesday, December 25.  WGA East will be closed Tuesday, December 24, Wednesday, December 25 and Monday, December 30.
