Reston Community Center (RCC) is devoted to serving the residents and businesses in Small District 5 (SD5). RCC is governed by a nine-person Board of Governors. Each year, RCC conducts a poll of residents and businesses in SD5 to select members of RCC's Board of Governors. Write-in voting is not counted.
